Fit Local (“we,” “us”) operates fit-local.com and the Fit Local mobile applications. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Waitlist and contact information. When you join the early-access waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you submit, such as your email address.
- Trainer application information. When you apply for a trainer profile, we collect the information in your application, such as your name, contact details, service area, and certifications.
- Account and booking information. When the apps are available to you, we collect the information needed to operate your account, profiles, messages, and bookings.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage information. We use analytics tools to understand how the site and apps are used, such as pages visited and general device information.
How we use information
- To operate the platform: profiles, search, messaging, booking, and payments.
- To communicate with you about the waitlist, your account, your bookings, and support requests.
- To improve the product, including analytics on how the site and apps are used.

What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, analytics, email, and payment processing), with trainers or clients as needed to complete a booking you initiated, or where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
Children
Fit Local is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
